Repair

What to expect when something is broken.

Do you provide a quote before starting work?

Always. Diagnosis produces a written quote with parts, labor, and time. Nothing is repaired until you approve it, and the final invoice matches the approved quote unless we call you first.

Can I bring my own parts?

You can, though the parts themselves then carry your supplier's warranty rather than ours. Labor is still covered, and we'll tell you honestly if a supplied part is the wrong spec before it goes on the car.

How long does a typical repair take?

Maintenance and brake jobs are usually same-day. Engine and transmission work runs two to five days depending on parts availability — you get a confirmed timeline with the quote and a call if anything changes it.

Maintenance

Keeping a healthy car healthy.

How often should I service my car?

Follow the manufacturer's interval — typically every 12 months or 15,000 km, whichever comes first. Short-trip city driving is 'severe service' in most handbooks and deserves the shorter schedule.

Do you stamp the service book for warranty purposes?

Yes. We service to manufacturer schedules with approved parts and record everything digitally and in the book, which keeps your factory warranty fully intact.

What's included in the standard inspection?

Fifty checkpoints covering brakes, tires, fluids, battery, lighting, steering, and suspension, with photos of anything we flag. You get the checklist whether or not any work is needed.

Warranty

What our guarantee actually covers.

What does the 24-month warranty cover?

Parts we supplied and the labor to fit them, for 24 months or 40,000 km. If a covered repair fails, the return visit — diagnosis, parts, and labor — costs you nothing.

Is the warranty transferable if I sell the car?

Yes. The warranty follows the car, not the owner. Hand the new owner your invoice and the remaining term transfers automatically.

What voids the warranty?

Track use, tampering with the repaired system, or ignoring a documented follow-up item we flagged as safety-critical. Ordinary daily driving never voids it.
